Criminal Defense
Criminal defence:
- Traffic crimes (e.g. causing a road accident, drunk driving, hit and run, etc.)
- Criminal offences against life and body (e.g. manslaughter, causing bodily harm, occupational endangerment)
- Economic crimes (e.g. budget fraud, money laundering)
- Crimes against property (e.g. theft, robbery, plunder, blackmail, defalcation, fraud)
- Trafficking in human beings
- Corruption, official misconduct (e.g. corruption, bribery, abuse of office, forced recruitment)
- Crimes against public officials, public security (e.g. violence against public officials, possession of firearms or ammunition, causing public danger)
In the above types of cases, I consider it is important to emphasise that the most effective protection is ensured if I have a power of attorney at the investigative stage, as everyone works from the investigation file at a later stage of the proceedings.
