dr. Balázs Zlatniczky Lawyer
I received my law degree from the University of Szeged in 2009. As a trainee lawyer in Kecskemét at Feldmájer and Somogyi Law Office, under the supervision of Dr. Péter Feldmájer, attorney-at-law, and my father, Dr. Tamás Zlatniczky, attorney-at-law, I acquired the extensive knowledge in both civil and criminal law necessary to practice my profession. After completing a mandatory 3-year traineeship and passing the bar exam, I have been working as a sole advocate since 2012. In addition, in 2012 I graduated from the University of Pécs with a degree in sports law.
At the time of writing, I have more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer, mainly in the field of criminal law, real estate law and commercial law, but I also provide a full range of legal services in civil litigation and non-contentious representation in cooperation with my colleagues.
In representing my clients, I aim to work with them to develop complex legal solutions and to be successful. Contrary to what you see in the movies, in most cases, success is not achieved through acquittal, but through a different classification, a lighter sentence, or avoiding serving actual time in prison.
As an individual lawyer, I work mainly in Bács-Kiskun County, but I have been/am represented in several nationally known cases.
I mostly act independently in the performance of my mandates, so there may be occasional conflicts of time. In such situations, I represent my clients by introducing a substitute colleague in advance, where possible in consultation with my clients.
In my work, I aim to provide my clients with the most complex legal advice possible at the first meeting and to represent them successfully and with the highest possible professional standards throughout the duration of the assignment.
